Do CRZ YOGA leggings run true to size?
For most people, yes - CRZ YOGA runs close to true-to-size. The catch is that the two main fabrics fit differently, so the same labelled size feels different in Butterluxe versus Secretsculpt.

Butterluxe is soft with gentle compression - order your normal size for a comfortable, everyday fit. Secretsculpt is firmer and more sculpting - it holds you in more, so if you are between sizes or prefer a looser feel, many people size up one.
Between sizes?
Size down for more compression and hold, size up for comfort and a relaxed waistband. For high-impact workouts, a snugger fit stays put better.
Bras and shorts
Sports bras follow standard S/M/L - check the band and cup notes on the listing. Shorts are sized like the leggings; the number (3", 5", 7") is the inseam, not the size - shorter inseams show more leg.
